Out of Your Crusher.
A piece of loose iron – a broken bucket tooth, a bolt, a length of wire – can crack a crusher liner or rip a conveyor belt in seconds. A suspended magnet over the conveyor pulls this metal out, and a magnetic separator belt running around the magnet carries it away to the side and drops it in a bin.
Because this belt runs constantly and works close to a strong magnet, it needs a non-magnetic carcass, a hard-wearing cover and cleats that do not come loose.

What We Need From You
Please send the magnet model or the belt length and width, the pulley diameters, the cleat height and spacing you prefer, and whether the magnet is cross-belt or inline. If you are replacing an existing belt, a photo of the old belt with a tape measure next to it is very helpful.
